What is iiiEM?
iiiEM is a Import- Export coaching institute which has various branches in India and one branch in Bangladesh. At iiiEM, our mission is to help build International Business Entrepreneurs of tomorrow. We want to be a part of the country’s growth by preparing aspirants to start import- export business with less investment.
This privacy statement applies to all the subscriptions, newsletters, downloads and channels which take place through iiiEM. As part of its services, iiiEM records your data and uses it for various marketing purpose with your prior permission and as per the guidelines of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Purpose of processing personal data and which data would be collected -
As part of its service provision, iiiEM records your data and uses it as and when needed. Following data would be collected –
• Information such as your name, contact details, gender, product ratings and all the information you add to your account profile while contacting us.
• Recordings of your interactions with us
• Information that is automatically collected with the help of cookies and similar technologies, such as pages you have viewed.
What do we use the stored data for and with whom do we share it?
We use the stored information to offer our newly launched courses. We do not share your data with anyone.
Marketing –
Being in service industry, we love being in touch with our students and import- export aspirants, and so with your due permission send you marketing messages by e-mail or phone. Some of these messages may be tailored to you depending on our previous communication.
In case you no longer wish to receive updates from us or you want to re-subscribe, feel free to update by contacting us (details below), or by updating the settings in your account or by clicking on "unsubscribe" in an e-mail.
Website –
iiiEM keeps general details relating to visitor behavior, by means of our own statistics and via Google Analytics. The purpose of tracking this behavior is to be able to optimize the website to match the visitor’s wishes. This also involves the use of so -called cookies, which are likewise used to optimize your user convenience. As part of its service provision, iiiEM records data in its database to facilitate the use of it’s services.
The following data may be recorded –
Rectification - If you feel we have incorrect information about you, you can let us know wither by phone or mail. We will then amend the data.
Restriction - If you believe your personal details has been incorrectly or unlawfully processed, you have the right to process restriction.
Transferability - This is a new type of right granted under the GDPR. It entitles you to transfer our data or even instruct about the data that you want be transfer. Feel free to contact us if you wish to exercise this right.
Information and its access - You have full right to see which of your personal data is been processed from our end. We will always be available to tell you more about how and why we process your data.
Objection (appeal) - You have a right to file an objection to the processing of your personal data from our end. We will terminate the processing of it as quickly as possible.
Withdrawing consent - If you wish to withdraw any kind of consent for any different processing operation, please contact us through any of the medium.
Security of personal data-
We at iiiEM take responsibility for providing appropriate security for your personal data that we hold. We hold this data in accordance with the applicable statutory requirements and guidelines that are prevalent in the country.
Retention period for personal data, data retention, deactivating and deleting accounts –
iiiEM retains data after it feels that it is no longer necessary or until the account is being deleted (which ever step happens first would be considered). If you have submitted a copy of your official proof of identification for the purpose of verification while joining the institute or while making fees payment, that copy will be deleted after 30 days of submission. This time limit is been considered with the purpose of keeping safety of payment from our side. We do provide a individual login id to all our students which they can use as and when needed. This login- id never gets deleted unless otherwise specified. If you want to delete your account at any time, go to your iiiEM settings and over there you will find an option of deleting the account. You do not need our permission in deleting the account.
Your privacy rights -
At any point of time, you have the right to withdraw your permission to use your personal data. For this, all you need to do is send us a letter in writing or intimate us via web- site. You can also easily unsubscribe from iiiEM’s newsletter by way of clicking on the unsubscribe link given in the e-mail or contact us by contacting us through online chat or phone.
